These starter terms document the expected operational boundaries for ChronosHR while the product is being built locally and prepared for production deployment.
Authorized use
Companies should use ChronosHR for legitimate employee attendance, leave, location validation, notification, and HR reporting workflows.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting credentials and using only accounts assigned to them. HR administrators are responsible for configuring roles and permissions appropriately.
Operational accuracy
Attendance records use server timestamps. GPS accuracy depends on employee device capability, browser permissions, and network conditions.
